2025 IFSA Qualifier Comp

DETAILS:

All volunteers will meet in the BSSEF team building each morning (52 Sitting Bull, Big Sky).  Thank you for helping out with our IFSA Qualifier Adult competition!  Please check in at your positions start time to get details on your assignment and pick up a lunch and radio / clipboard if needed.  April 5th is the Master / Collegiate Comp, April 6th is the IFSA Qualifier 2*.

BSSEF families will receive credit towards their required volunteer hours.  Non BSSEF families will receive a voucher for each day they help out which is valid through the end of the season.  Athlete check in will take place each competition morning.

Check in / Scoring Team
Start Time: 7:30 am
End Time: 4:00 pm

Check in athletes in the morning then head to the venue and help with set up. After we are set up and the competition is running, you will enter scores into LiveHeats. This will take place at the bottom of the venue. You will not need a radio or clipboard. Awards will take place at the bottom of the venue.

Athlete Starters
Start Time: 8:00 am
End Time: 4:00 pm

Starters will help with inspection coordination in the morning then will start athletes during the competition. You will need to double check bib #\'s and ensure that the athletes are run in the correct order. This is critical for the competition to be run smoothly! You will need a clipboard and radio.

Ski Ninjas
Start Time: 8:00 am
End Time: 4:00 pm

Ski Ninjas must be expert skiers! You will help with setting up the venue then will be staged on hill to help with ski or gear retrieval in the event of a crash. Please come to BSSEF team room to pick up a radio and lunch. We will do our best to keep ninjas circulating. You will need to help take down the comp after awards ceremony.
